What to do when you spill red wine on your carpetRed Wine Stains

It has happened to all of us at one time or another... the dreaded red wine on our carpet.

Our first advice to you is DON'T PANIC!

Follow these simple steps and we can help you solve this disaster before it gets worse.

YOU MUST

  • Do blot the stain with a clean dry towel (don't rub, just gently pat down the area)
  • Do apply salt to the stain (use enough to generously cover the stained area)
  • Do call a professional carpet cleaner

DON'T DO THIS

  • Do not use detergent or any cleaning fluids
  • Do not over wet area
  • Do not rub or scrup vigorously
